Using a weight bench provides stability and support for your back and shoulders, allowing for proper form and reducing the risk of injury. Additionally, a weight bench allows for a greater range of motion and the ability to perform various bench press variations. While it is possible to bench press without a weight bench, using one is highly beneficial for a safe and effective workout. **
